Case Management Model

ATEC will assign a Case Manager to manage the training plan and on-site assessments for the apprentice. The Case Manager will liaise with the employer and the apprentice to arrange on-the-job assessments and site visits to observe the apprentice's skills in the workplace. This service will increase the amount of productive time the apprentice spends at work and reduce time in trade school.

Electrical apprentices are expected to complete eProfiling as part of their training requirements and have this validated by the employer. This is the electrical industries preferred method of recording and validating the skills used and tasks completed while on-the-job over the length of the apprenticeship. The nominated Case Manager will assist both the apprentice and the employer in setting up this process and explain the expectations at the first site visit.
