Adelaide Training and Employment Centre

About ATEC

Adelaide Training and Employment Centre (ATEC) is a South Australian training provider that delivers quality training and long-term positive future outcomes for jobseekers, trainees and employers. For close to 30 years, we have played a pivotal role in launching and enhancing the careers of thousands of South Australians.

Our students have grown into engineers, mechanics, welders and elderly care workers, to name just a few, and we are proud to have played a part in their career.

Our offerings cover a broad range of qualifications and courses across mechanical, fabrication, engineering production, general construction, electrical and community services (aged care and disability) areas. We provide training that is high quality, flexible, economical, and focused on opening employment opportunities.

Having grown from its original origins as a shipbuilding and metal fabrication training facility in May 1989, ATEC now operates three well-equipped training sites at Ottoway, Port Adelaide and Lonsdale.

"ATEC is committed to delivering customised, affordable and high quality training"
