All candidates are carefully selected based on suitability and motivation to undertake an apprenticeship. The recruitment process involves pre-employment ability testing, group and individual interviews, referee checks, and a pre-employment medical check.

Candidates are matched to your job requirements according to skill level, personal suitability and proximity to work site.

Candidates are comprehensively inducted prior to commencement to ensure they are able to work safely in your workplace as apprentices. All essential personal protective equipment is supplied up front and is replaced as required on a ‘fair wear and tear’ basis.

Regular performance appraisals are conducted in consultation with you in the workplace, to ensure apprentices develop and perform to your expectations.

You are charged an agreed hourly rate only for hours worked. This is inclusive of Award wages,standard allowances, on-costs and non-productive time such as off-job training attendance, sick leave and annual leave.
